- Where is your shop?
We do not have a physical store yet. We are an online store due to our flexible work structure and frequent travel. Currently, we ship from our warehouse in Mumbai.
- How do I buy your products?
All available products are displayed on our website. Instagram users can shop directly from our Instagram feed. The link is provided in the bio. We have a vast collection of products available on our Instagram feed. If you cannot find a specific product on the website, please feel free to direct message us for details, and we will happily assist you with the purchase.
- Can you send pictures to my WhatsApp?
Certainly! You can reach out to us by clicking the WhatsApp icon in the website footer and let us know your requirements. We have a wide variety of products. You can also contact us directly at +919137284180.
- Is cash on delivery available?
No, cash on delivery is not available at the moment. We only accept pre-payments for orders.
- How long will it take for the product to be delivered?
We require 2 to 3 working days to process your order from the date of placement (excluding weekends and holidays). The shipment time is 4 to 7 working days based on your location. We stay in constant touch with the delivery personnel, and upon dispatch, a unique tracking number will be shared with you for your convenience.
- What kind of jewellery do you sell?
We specialize in crafting fine handmade silver jewellery. All our jewellery is 92.5 stamped. Our focus is on jewellery designs inspired by the rich traditional jewellery heritage of India, recreated with unique and high-quality craftsmanship.
- Is this Pure Silver?
Yes, our jewellery is made of pure silver with a purity of 92.5, the highest attainable purity for silver ornaments.
- Can you create an ornament with my selected design?
Yes, it is possible depending on the style and manufacturing processes involved. If you have a specific design in mind, please send us the picture by email at [email protected] or WhatsApp us at +91 9137284180.
- Why is silver good for jewellery?
Silver is considered an excellent choice for jewellery due to its durability, beauty, and lightness. Additionally, it is available at a relatively lower price compared to other precious metals such as gold and platinum.
- Can I wear sterling silver every day?
You can certainly wear your favourite sterling silver jewellery every day, but you need to exercise caution. It is recommended to avoid wearing silver jewellery during certain activities such as exercising, jogging, house cleaning, and washing dishes.
- Can I order online and collect the jewellery from your stores?
Yes, this facility is available only in Mumbai. Please select the “Pick up” option under Delivery during checkout and inform us of your preferred visit time via WhatsApp or email.
- Why have my ornaments turned from shiny white to a blackish colour?
Silver naturally tarnishes due to a process called oxidation. There are two ways to deal with this: minimize oxidation by storing the ornaments in airtight pouches and gently polishing them with a soft, dry cotton cloth. After cleaning, remember to wipe them dry and store them in airtight pouches.
Keep your jewellery in an airtight box or pouch away from sunlight and environmental moisture.
Perfumes, soaps, strong chemicals, and excessive humidity are harsh not just for your jewellery, but also for your skin! It’s best to avoid or at least limit direct contact with them.
Keep your jewellery covered with cotton or soft cloth separately to prevent stones from detaching, chipping, or becoming dislodged.
If your jewellery loses its lustre, rub it with a soft cotton cloth, and it will shine again.
Makeup, perfume, and hair spray contain chemicals that can dull the finish of jewellery. Wear your piece after applying the aforementioned products.
As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. However, we do offer replacements for products. Each item is carefully examined and packed before shipment to ensure utmost care. In rare cases where damage occurs during shipment transit, we will provide a replacement, given that the products are returned in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
To initiate the replacement process, please get in touch with us by sending an uncut video of unpacking the parcel and proof of the damaged product to our email address: [email protected] or send us a message via WhatsApp at +919137284180 within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Kindly include your order number, full name, and address. It is crucial to follow these instructions and provide proofs for us to process the replacement successfully.
If you wish to return your item, it must be in the same condition as received and returned within 3 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned shipment with the original packaging, you can expect to receive your exchanged product within 5 business days.
Please note that exchanges and returns are not available for international orders.
We will not process returns, cancellations, or refunds for the following reasons:
The product is big, small, heavy, or long: We make every effort to provide clear pictures with models or videos to assist with understanding the size and scale of our products.
Minor design variations or colour changes: Palkhi jewellery pieces are handcrafted, unlike machine-made jewellery. Each item is unique and crafted based on the selected stones, which may result in minor variations or colour changes compared to the pictures on the website.
All our pieces undergo quality checks before being shipped.

Domestic orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days of being placed. Shipment time is 4 to 7 working days based on your location. In addition to us being in constant touch with the delivery personnel, on dispatch, the unique tracking number is shared with you as well for your comfort.

Cost : Our International delivery cost is Rs 2500/- for all items below Rs 30,000.
Delivery time:
International orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 (business days) of being placed. After that, the delivery time varies depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 10 days of dispatch.
Palkhi Jewellery is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company, as it’s beyond our control. Tracking details will be emailed to you and you are responsible to track your orders. We would request one to be available at the drop location at the time of the delivery.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Some countries levy taxes, custom fees, or other duties when goods are imported in. These are levied at the point of entry of the package. In these cases all applicable clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any such delay from your end.
Our products will be packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel has arrived in a secure manner.
All items in one cart will be shipped to one address only. Separate orders have to be created for multiple addresses.
Kindly reach out to us right away if you are unable to track your order with tracking details emailed to you. Once order delivery is confirmed by the courier company, we assume the parcel has been delivered.

9. Why is silver good for jewellery?
Yes. Among many other jewellery metals such as gold, platinum, diamond, etc., silver is the most durable, beautiful, and light metal. Also, you can buy it for almost half of the price of other jewellery.
10. Can I wear sterling silver every day?
You can absolutely wear your favourite sterling silver jewellery every day, but one has to be careful. You must avoid wearing silver jewellery while doing certain activities such as exercising, jogging, house cleaning, and washing dishes.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
As a company policy we do not provide refunds on any product sold. We do provide replacement of the product Each item is examined and packed with at most care before shipment. Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only.
The chances of receiving damaged products are very less. Any rare cases where damage has occurred during the shipment transit. We will offer a replacement provided that the products are returned in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.

Please mention your order number, full name, address It is important for you to follow these instructions and attach proofs for us to process the replacement successfully.
You may return your item in the condition as received within 3 days of delivery. You should expect to receive your exchanged product within 5 business days after we receive the shipment with original packing.
