9. Why is silver good for jewellery?
Yes. Among many other jewellery metals such as gold, platinum, diamond, etc., silver is the most durable, beautiful, and light metal. Also, you can buy it for almost half of the price of other jewellery.
10. Can I wear sterling silver every day?
You can absolutely wear your favourite sterling silver jewellery every day, but one has to be careful. You must avoid wearing silver jewellery while doing certain activities such as exercising, jogging, house cleaning, and washing dishes.

Yes, This facility is available only in Mumbai

12. My ornaments have turned from shiny white to a blackish color. Why so?
Silver naturally tarnishes due to a process called oxidization. There are 2 ways of dealing with this – minimise the oxidation by storing the ornaments in air-tight pouches, and secondly, by gently polishing with a soft, dry cotton cloth.
Once cleaned, remember to wipe dry and re-pack in air-tight pouches.
Keep your jewellery in an airtight box or pouch away from sunlight and environmental moisture
Perfumes, soap, strong chemicals and excessive humidity are harsh not just for your jewellery, but also for your skin! Best to avoid or at least limit direct contact with them.
Keep your jewellery covered with cotton or soft clothes separately to avoid detach stones,chipping or dislodging
If your jewellery turns pale,Rub it with a soft cotton cloth or with cotton, it will shine again.
Makeup, perfume, hair spray contain chemicals which dull the finish of jewellery. Wear your piece after applying the above
As a company policy we do not provide refunds on any product sold. We do provide replacement of the product Each item is examined and packed with at most care before shipment. Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only.
The chances of receiving damaged products are very less. Any rare cases where damage has occurred during the shipment transit. We will offer a replacement provided that the products are returned in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.
